由於之前來過整體印象尚佳,因此與友人再次造訪;然而沒想到此趟經驗竟相當負面:首先是由於原先帶的座位近門口、較冷,我們向服務員詢問能否換至前方一區的無人座的另一空桌,想不到服務人員聽到後只"喔"了一聲,接著便繼續忙其它的事,不理會我們的需求;我們對此反應感到訝異,然而更不可思議的是,我們於是再向另一服務人員詢問同樣的需求,卻再次得到同樣的反應 - 聽到後便轉身毫不理會地繼續做其它事情。於是我們感覺到非常失望,像是被當作空氣一般不予尊重;我可以接受若服務人員告知其它的空桌皆不方便使用、或其它不便換位的回覆,但採取不理會、刻意忽略的服務態度,實在是我頭一次經驗到、也難以接受的。此外,菜品的味道也不如曾經的印象,味道普普,經驗不是很好;總體感覺非常失望。 As having visited this restaurant before and the impression was acceptable, a friend and I came again today and sadly that we had a pretty negative experience: First, as being led to a table that was close to the door which we felt were cold for us, we asked one of the waitresses if it would be possible for us to move to another table (Here it would be necessary to state that - Me myself is a native speaker of Chinese and my friend is of French, so there has been no doubt considering the communication); however, she simply replied by a word "oh" and then walked away to continue her work, leaving us with neglect. This reaction shocked us, and then we asked another waitress the same inquiry, and has unbelievably received the same reaction - simply ignored "after having known our need", walked away and continued other work. We were therefore very disappointed, feeling not being respected. Personally, it is acceptable if the reply was "the other tables are not possible to take" or any other reasons given for not possible to change our table (the fact is that, the other guests who came in the restaurant later on, have asked for seating at those empty tables and simply walked themselves there), but "react with neglect" is undoubtedly not acceptable. Moreover, the taste of their dishes were not as good as our last visit - the meat was very tough and salty, the contents of soup was much less than before - it did not reach the "good standard" considering Chinese dishes. Overall, the experience of this visit was very disappointing.
